In observance of Thanksgiving Day, Citizens Business Bank will be closed Thursday, November 23, 2023. Check and ACH Positive Pay exceptions normally presented on November 23, 2023, will be available for review on Friday, November 24, 2023.
Important note: The Bank is open Wednesday, November 22, 2023 and Friday, November 24, 2023, after the Thanksgiving Holiday; therefore, Positive Pay processing will occur as usual and exceptions may occur on those days. Please plan accordingly to review and decision Exception Items by the standard 11:00 AM deadline. If an exception does not receive a decision by the deadline, your established default decision (“Pay All” or “Return All”) will automatically apply.

Please submit Positive Pay exception item pay/return decisions by 11:00 AM Pacific Time.
If an exception item decision is not submitted by the established deadline, your “Pay All” or “Return All” default decision (established when service was implemented) will be used.
