Citizens Business Bank will be performing maintenance on Online Banking services Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Attempts to log in during this time will result in the appearance of a maintenance page. Once maintenance has been completed, which may be earlier than 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 16, this message will be removed and you will be able to access Online Banking as usual. A recent ACH Manager upgrade changed the Tax ID field within ACH tax payment templates from pre-populated to a freeform field. Users are now required to enter a specific nine digit Tax ID number (no dashes) for a given tax payment. Because this field is no longer auto populated, please be sure to verify your Tax ID number when originating and approving tax payments. Please contact 888.228.2265 with any questions.
